Securely pack the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Affix the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
